Email for a quote. Shipping/handling costs are as stated, and non-negotiable. These fees include not only shipping, but packaging materials, time, gasoline, and administrative costs. If you don’t agree with the stated fees, please don’t bid. I can usually combine shipping costs when winning more than one auction. Serious bidders only !!! If you can not pay , please don’t bid. Buyer must notify seller of damaged items within 2 days of delivery. All damaged items will go through standard claim procedures with shipping carrier if insurance was purchased. If you opted not to purchase insurance and an item arrives damaged, it is out of our control. We take great pride in our packaging, but things can and do happen. We normally insure all UPS packages up to $100 automatically. If your item costs more or you opt to use USPS, you will need to purchase additional insurance, which generally runs $1.65 for each additional $100. Payment must be received within 5 business days after the auction ends. We will only refund a bid if the auction was grossly misrepresented. It is never our intention to misrepresent ANYTHING, but since we are human, we occasionally make mistakes. We will do our best to make things right. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. No Exceptions!!! Item must be received back within 7 days or no refund will be given. Please note. We don’t open factory sealed items to check contents. If you purchase a new, sealed item from us and there is a problem with it, such as factory defects, missing pieces, non-working, mis-matched, wrong color, broken parts, etc. you will need to take these issues up with the manufacturer. These things are out of our control. We are NOT a retail store and don’t take returns unless WE have made an error in the description. Our normal shipping days are Monday-Wednesday. Most large/heavy items ship through Fedex and small/lighter items through USPS. If you need something fast and it’s not one of our regular shipping days, please email your request and we will do what we can to accomodate you.
